## **What You'll Do**
* Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
* Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, Stripe, and third-party platforms.
* Ensure all entries follow proper accounting standards and QuickBooks guidelines.
* Conduct routine audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
* Track expenses, categorize transactions, and monitor cash flow.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
* Use QuickBooks for data entry, reporting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
* Manage Stripe payouts, refunds, disputes, and transaction audits.
* Reconcile Stripe records with QuickBooks to ensure accuracy.
* Handle basic admin tasks such as scheduling, email management, file organization, and updating spreadsheets.
* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and financial logs.
* Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when needed.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience: At least 1 year as an accountant or bookkeeper with international clients
* Certification: QuickBooks certified
* Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift
* Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
* Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset
